Wash Club Terms & Conditions
- Great Valley Car Wash will charge to the authorized credit card account monthly based on the plan selected at initial purchase.
- The recharge to the authorized customer credit card will take place on the anniversary date of the initial purchase.
- There are no statements issued to the customer when the Wash Club payment bills each month.
- The automatic recharge authorization stays in force until the customer cancels the plan.
- Membership can be canceled at any time but no partial refunds will be given.
- Great Valley Car Wash reserves the right to cancel the plan at any time for any reason.
- Membership will be canceled if the monthly charge is declined by the processing system.
- One RFID tag must be installed on the outside windshield or on the end of the driver's door at the time of purchase by a car wash employee.
- Only the car listed on the sign up form is eligible for our Wash Club and is specific to the RFID tag. Any attempt to remove the tag will destroy it. The member may be charged for replacement.
- Monthly rates may be increased without notice.
- Automatic recharge payments shall be payable and are non-refundable regardless of use.
